SPC CASADY TENNIS

SPC, stands for the Southern Preparatory Conference

This is the highlight and the rival end of our tennis season. The tournament consists over 2 days, in which we play many matches and our goal is to win.

Tennis season is the highlight of each of my high school years. I train all year round in order to bring my best to the court. I am going to specifically talk about the Championship day. The first thing I did when I woke up was drink a quarter gallon of water. I then sat in silence for ten minutes and imagined myself in different scenarios that could occur during the match. I would visualize me staying calm and executing my steps perfectly. Then I went downstairs and ate breakfast. This consisted of scrambled eggs, half a piece of toast, and 2 servings of fruit and vegetables.

During the match, I consumed  water, with liquid IV. After a 2.5 hour match, I stayed on the court a little bit and just told myself I did the best I could do, and this match only made me better.

I resolved to come back stronger!
